Every story has crossroads. Mine began with the same doubts, setbacks, and fears that so many of us face. But what I discovered along the way is this:
THE MOMENT IT SHIFTED FOR ME

My journey into human behavior didn’t start with textbooks or certifications — it started with people.
Real people. Real stories. Real pain. Real breakthroughs.
I learned early in life that most people don’t struggle because they’re weak. They struggle because they’re holding onto someone they no longer need to be. And that became my mission:
Every story has crossroads. Mine began with the same doubts, setbacks, and fears that so many of us face. But what I discovered along the way is this:
I’ve always believed that life speaks long before we’re ready to hear it. Sometimes it arrives as a soft nudge… other times as a truth so loud it cracks the version of ourselves we’ve been holding onto for far too long.
Every conversation I have, every room I step into, every space I create for someone — it all begins with those whispers of truth.
I’m Lizette.
But more importantly, I’m someone who sees you. The you behind the brave face.
The you carrying the pressure. The you who keeps saying “I’m okay” while silently hoping someone will notice the parts you’ve been hiding.
My work exists for that version of you — the one who’s tired of pretending, ready for honesty, and longing to reconnect with who you were always meant to be.

I learned early in life that most people don’t struggle because they’re weak. They struggle because they’re holding onto someone they no longer need to be. And that became my mission:
To help people return to themselves.
To help leaders build trust.
To help teams communicate without fear.
To help individuals understand their own patterns, their own emotions, their own truth.
Not the Instagram version. The real version.
If you’re ready to explore what’s possible — through keynotes,
self-discovery workshops, coaching, or my books — I’d love to connect.
Everywhere I go, whether it’s a boardroom, a conference stage, a workshop, or a one-on-one session, I bring one goal:
To shift you into alignment with who you were created to be. I combine:
I don’t do surface work. If you’ve worked with me, you know this.
We go deep. We get honest.
We cross the line between “good enough” and “who you were meant to be.”

(Based on the book Finding Me...)
Everything I teach and everyone I coach is anchored in four simple but powerful phases:
See the truth.
See the patterns.
See the story behind the story.
Feel the emotions you've been avoiding.
Feel your internal alignment.
Feel what’s real — not what’s expected.
Decide what stays.
Decide what goes.
Decide who you are becoming.
Shift your thinking.
Shift your behavior.
Shift your life.
This framework is the backbone of my coaching, my keynotes, and my workshops,
and it’s why people return again and again.

Whether corporate or personal, my clients come to me when something inside them refuses to settle anymore.
Alongside my global work, I stay grounded in the communities that shaped me. I am an active member of the South African Council for Business Women (SACBW) and honoured to once again serve as a judge for AfriForum’s Entrepreneur of the Year Awards—a role that allows me to celebrate the courage and innovation of South African entrepreneurs.
Giving back is not a side note in my journey—it’s a responsibility I carry with joy. Whether through pro bono work, supporting fundraisers, or partnering with charities, I believe that true success is measured by how much light we spark in others.
One of the most humbling experiences in my journey was being invited to share my keynote “Bloom Where You Are Planted (for NOW)” at a church in the community where I grew up. What stayed with me that day wasn’t the stage or the message—it was the incredible women in that room. Their unwavering support for one another, their dedication, and their collective strength reminded me of the true meaning of community. I left feeling blessed, deeply grateful, and inspired by the way they uplifted one another with such authenticity and grace.
As I watched them share their stories and cheer each other on, I was reminded that growth is never a solo journey—it is nurtured in the spaces where people stand together, shoulder to shoulder, even in the toughest of times. That gathering was more than an event; it was a testament to resilience, to faith, and to the quiet power of women who choose to rise by lifting each other.
It was a moment that anchored me again in the values I hold dearest: gratitude, humility, and the belief that no matter where life takes us, the strength of community will always shape our path.

When I was searching for a symbol that could carry the heart of my work, I didn’t want something loud or predictable. I wanted something that told a story. The hummingbird found me in that search.
At first glance, it looks small, almost fragile. But anyone who has ever watched a hummingbird knows better. It beats its wings up to 80 times per second. It travels thousands of kilometers on migration — further than its size should ever allow. And it does it with a grace that makes you stop, look up, and believe that the impossible might just be possible.
That’s what transformation feels like. We look at ourselves and think, “I’m too small, too tired, too broken to keep going.” Yet, like the hummingbird, we all carry a strength that surprises us the moment we put it into motion.
For me, the hummingbird is not just a logo. It’s a daily reminder of resilience, agility, and joy — of what it means to rise above limitations and keep moving, no matter how heavy the air feels.
And that’s why I chose it. Because every time someone sees the hummingbird, I want it to be more than just my logo — I want it to feel like an invitation. A reminder that no matter where you are in your journey, you, too, carry the strength to rise above challenges, to adapt with courage, and to keep moving toward the life you dream of.
The hummingbird whispers: you are stronger than you think, braver than you know, and more capable than you ever imagined.
